Buyers use this platform to discover and connect with local businesses. The platform facilitates connections but does not directly process transactions.

Buyer Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with sellers about requirements and expectations
• Conduct transactions in good faith
• Report any fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Respect seller policies and terms

Platform Role: We provide a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items or services listed.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kafam Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, users may contact us for assistance.

We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kafam Devs or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Sellers retain ownership of their business information and content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
